ISLAMIC, Anatolia & al-Jazira (Post-Seljuk). Saltuquids. Nasir al-Dawla Ghazi, AH 526-540 / AD 1132-1145. Dirham (Bronze, 23 mm, 5.95 g, 6 h), citing the Seljuq ruler, Mas'ud. Figure standing facing, holding a long scepter or cross in his right hand and a diadem in his left. Rev. Legend citing the Seljuq ruler Mas'ud. Album B1890. Brown patina, and quite nice for the issue; extremely rare according to Album. Very fine.
