Civil War. AD 68-69. AR Denarius (18mm, 2.99 g, 6h). Uncertain mint in Southern Gaul. Diademed, veiled and draped bust of Vesta right, holding lighted torch / Jupiter seated left in distyle temple, holding eagle in his right hand and scepter in his left. RIC I 128; BMC 70, Pl. 51, 22; RSC 368 (Galba). Fine, porosity, pits on obverse, reverse slightly off center. Rare.
