Larissa. Circa 380-365 BC. Drachm (Silver, 20mm, 5.96 g 11). Head of the nymph Larissa facing, turned slightly to left, wearing ampyx and grain ears in her hair, and with a triple-pendant earring and a plain necklace Rev. ΛΑΡΙΣΑΙ - ΩΝ Mare and foal standing right, with straight legs. BCD II, 297. Lorber, Middle. Series 6, Type B, O7/R1 (both same dies). Lightly toned. A legend variety known only from a single pair of dies. Good very fine.
