Augustus and Agrippa. Circa 10 BC-AD 10. As (Bronze, 24mm, 12.65 g 11), Nemausus. IMP DIVI F above and below heads of Agrippa to left and Augustus to right back to back, that of Agrippa wearing combined rostral crown and laurel wreath, that of Augustus oak-wreathed. Rev. COL NEM to left and right of palm-shoot, its tip to right, behind chained crocodile; above palm-tip, wreath with long ties. AMC 425. Cohen 10. RIC 158. RPC 524. With a fine, glossy, dark green patina. Some areas of flatness, some adjustment marks and some roughness, otherwise, extremely fine.
