Henry III (1216-72), Penny, long cross coinage, London mint, class Vg, crowned facing bust within linear circle, sceptre at left, crown has thick single band, legend starts at 10 o'clock HENRICVS REX III. Rev, voided long cross, three pellets in angles, reads WALTER ON LVND, some letter in ligature, 1.41g (S.1373; N.997, fig 9 crown). Toned with an excellent portrait, clear legends both sides. Good very fine, fetching.
