and laurel wreath, legend surrounds THE COMMONWEALTH OF ENGLAND, no stop after OF in
inscription variety. Rev, conjoined shields of England and Ireland within beaded circle, value above,
reads GOD WITH VS, 1654 above, 5.90g (S.3217; N.2724; Bull.143; ESC.992a/ R2). Light grey cabinet tone
with hues of purples, some flat areas, legends legible with adequate shields. Near very fine with a very rare variety.
