Tibet, China (1939-1942) silver Szechuan-Tibet Trade Rupee, vertical rosette, collar on bust variety, large portrait of the Chinese emperor Guang Xu with collar, derived from the British Indian rupee of Queen Victoria. Rev. Vertical rosette at centre, Chinese inscription, si chuan sheng zao [made in Sichuan], branches with cusps and flowers around, also derived from the reverse of British Indian Rupees, 11.56g (KM Y3.3). In PCGS holder graded XF 45.
