CAPPADOCIA, Caesarea-Eusebia. Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ (18mm, 2.88 g, 6h). Struck circa AD 119-128. Laureate head right / Radiate figure standing atop Mt. Argaeus, holding globe and scepter. Ganschow, Münzen X30; RPC III 3160; Sydenham, Caesarea290a. Black patina, some light cleaning scratches. Near EF. Very rare, only five known to RPC, none at CoinArchives, much finer than the one illustrated at RPC or Ganschow.
