Philip IV gold Cob 2 Escudos 1644 NR-R XF Details (Obverse Scratched) NGC, Santa Fe de Nuevo Reino mint, KM4.1 (Rare), Cal-1802, Oro Macuquino-151, Restrepo-M50.23. 6.70gm. Highly elusive as a series date, with just one other having come to light in the course of our research (Áureo & Calicó Auction 294, May 2017, Lot 589). Especially pleasing for its nearly full date, and likely one of the few specimens that most collectors will have the opportunity to acquire.
