Elizabeth II, Maundy sets (2), 1998, 1999, fourpence to penny, in plastic holders in official leatherette cases of issue, brilliant mint state (2) The 1999 set sold with a letter to Stuart Devlin from Roger de L Holmes (Deputy Master and Chief Executive of the Royal Mint), 'in recognition of your services to the Royal Mint Advisory Committee'.
Stuart Devlin was appointed a member of the Royal Mint Advisory Committee on the designs of Coins, Medals, Seals and Decorations, serving from 1998 to 2008 and receiving a Maundy set each year.
