William III (1694-1702), Crown, 1695 OCTAVO, first laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, six strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 29.89g, 6h (Bull 991; ESC 87; Spink 3470), struck with rusty dies resulting in occasional sporadic flawing, a trace of rub on the most prominent curls otherwise a handsomely toned coin, a most pleasing extremely fine.
