On demand text divides serial number and signature with a panel on bottom. For the Reserve Bank of India above signature. Numeral 1000 on all corners. Serial number also on top right. Watermark of KGVI facing right on left, Reserve Bank of India on top and bottom. Rev. Reserve Bank of India in a panel on top. Vignette of Mountain range with trees in foreground at center. 8 Regional languages within an oval frame on left, watermark window on right with RBI logo. One Thousand Rupees in a panel at bottom center. Numeral 1000 on all corners. Even though 1000 rupees were issued they are barely in use and among the issues Lahore is considered to be one of the rarest as it's issued only with one Prefix A2.
