Commodus. AD 177-192. AR Denarius (17mm, 3.07 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 192. Laureate head right / Libertas standing left, holding pileus and vindicta; star to left. RIC III 241; MIR 18, 850-4/30; RSC 288. Toned, some roughness, shallow cleaning scratches, traces of deposits, small flan flaw on reverse. Good VF.
