Carausius. Romano-British Emperor, AD 286-293. Antoninianus (4.48 g, 6h). "C" mint. IMP C CARAVSIVS P AV, Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / FIDI S MILITV[M] (sic), Fides standing left, holding signum in each hand; S|C. Cf. RIC V 449 (for type). Brown surfaces, some roughness and pitting, struck with worn dies. Good Fine.
