The Bernard Pearl Collection of Historical Medals | William IV (1830-1837), Reform Bill of 1832, AE medal, by B. Wyon, 1832, within wreath decorated by the City of London shield, surmounted by crown, within REFORM IN THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMONS HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT 1832, rev. Liberty, kneeling, presents a bill of REFORM to Britannia who stands before a plaque, inscribed GREY BROUGHAM ALTHORP RUSSELL, on which rests a medallion of WILLIAM THE [F]OURTH, 2ND & 3RD WILLIAM IV in exergue in one line, 53.64g, 52mm (Eimer 1254; BHM 1603), some areas of rubbing and some contact marks, otherwise very fine.
