Liberty, kneeling, presents a bill of REFORM to Britannia who stands before a plaque, inscribed GREY BROUGHAM ALTHORP RUSSELL, on which rests a medallion of WILLIAM THE [F]OURTH, 2ND & 3RD WILLIAM IV in exergue in one line, 53.64g, 52mm (Eimer 1254; BHM 1603), some areas of rubbing and some contact marks, otherwise very fine.
