Rx: [PRAEF] above, CLAS ET ORAE / [MA]RIT EX S C in exergue (with several ligatures) Neptune standing l., foot on prow, between the Catanaean brothers with their parents on their shoulders. The reverse legend records the fact that Sextus Pompey had been appointed "Prefect of the Fleet and of the Sea Coasts by Decree of the Senate".. Choice VF
