In 2013 the Britannia series changed considerably; the fineness was changed to 999.9 fine in both gold and silver, bullion coins bearing the static reverse design of Philip Nathan and the proof coins being different designs every year. The 2013 issue was designed by Robert Hunt and is a truly Athenian tribute.
Fourth, crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II right; IRB below; ELIZABETH ' II ' D ' G REG ' FID ' DEF ' 10 ' POUNDS '. Design by Ian Rank-Broadley. / Britannia seated in Ancient Greek style turned right, wearing Corinthian helmet and holding a trident; owl perched on her leg; BRITANNIA to left; 5 OUNCES FINE SILVER and date below in exergue. Design by Robert Hunt. Edge milled.
Comes with the certificate of authenticity (COA) issued by the Mint. In secure plastic holder, graded NGC PF 70 ULTRA CAMEO, certification number 3787913-042.
