Popayan, Colombia, bust 8 escudos, Charles IV, 1803JF, encapsulated NGC AU 55. KM-62.2; CT-82 ;Restrepo-98.26. Totally under-graded coin, as it is fully Mint State with flashy luster on both sides, nicely struck too, just a little weak on the high points, clearly mistaken for wear.
