Canada Bank of Canada $2 2.1.1937 BC-22a PCGS Banknote Superb Gem UNC 67 PPQ. In 1937, the Bank of Canada created a new banknote series to reflect King George VI as the new British Monarch. The first signature variety for this type is that of Osborne and Towers which is significantly more rare than the two subsequent variations. At the time of cataloging, there are no Superb Gem examples graded by PMG, and this is the lone example at this level graded by PCGS Banknote.
