All denominations of the 1925 banknote series from the Curacaosche Bank are very rare and important, with this crowning set featuring the first serial number for each note. This 5 Gulden is the most common of the series, as 200,000 were printed, but less than 10% are extant. This example has to be the most impressive of all 1925 5 Gulden notes, as it features serial number 000001. Minor repairs are mentioned for accuracy.
