Iraq Government of Iraq 1/2 Dinar 1931 (ND 1948) Pick 23 PMG Very Fine 25. A well preserved example of this highly collectible note, which is very rare in grades above Very Fine. This portrait of King Faisal II as a youth in white jacket was used on only two banknotes, the 1931 dated 1/4 and 1/2 Dinar, which were actually introduced in 1948. Interestingly, the 1/2 Dinar denomination is a key note of the two from this series.
