The 100 Bolivares of this series is very rare in issued form, hence why there is only one example graded in the PMG Population Report currently. Therefore, Specimens are the more reasonable mode to acquire this pleasing design. But even so, Specimens are rare, as there are currently only six examples currently graded by PMG.
