City Commemorative Æ 14mm. Struck under Constantius II. Heraclea, AD 347-8. CONSTAN[TINOPOLI], laureate and helmeted bust of Constantinopolis to left, wearing ornamental mantle and necklace, holding sceptre over shoulder / VOT XX MVLT XXX in four lines within wreath; SMH(?) in exergue. RIC VIII 50; LRBC 961. 2.18g, 14mm, 5h.

Good Extremely Fine. Exceedingly Rare; only one other example on CoinArchives in addition to one cited by OCRE.
