Byzantine Iconographic PB Seal in the name of Constantine [Liparites?]. Circa 11th - 12th centuries AD. Bust of the Mother of God orans, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium; on her breast, head of the infant Christ facing. Sigla on either side: [...] ΘV; all within linear border / -+ ΘΚЄR,Θ ΤѠCѠ΄Δ,Λ, [ΚѠΝΤ],T΄Λ [...]API in four lines, all within linear border. Translation: Mother of God, help your servant Constantine [Liparites?].
