Hadrian. AD 117-138. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.39 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 132-135. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, laureate and draped bust right / FELICITATI AVG above, COS III P P in exergue, galley rowed left by four oarsmen: at the bow a mast raking forward with flag and sails attached, at the stern is a hortator and an arched cabin under a curved aplustre. RIC II 209 var. (bust type); RSC 652d. VF, toned.
