Engraved frontispiece of the Albany riverfront; 576 pages; engraved hand-colored folding map; numerous woodcut illustrations in the text, including depictions of both sides of a Pine Tree shilling and copper coins of New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Foxed throughout. Good or better. Important for the early illustrations of Massachusetts silver and the state coppers of New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
