Great Britain (primarily). Approximately 351 mostly different pieces. Broadly grouped into general categories: Conder era tokens (34); early 19th century tokens and cards (108); late 19th century (45); Spiel marks, counters and related (123), as well as miscellaneous (38) including older medals to modern pieces and non-British exonumia. A few highlights include an apparently hand engraved silver Shilling-size medal of Charles I and Maria; a very choice memorial medal for George Whitefield on his death in 1770; and an 1857-58 Indian Mutiny Medal in a nice silver (pin removable). Many intriguing pieces, a great group for the researcher or dealer. Retail value well in excess of $2,500. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.POOR-UNCIRCULATED.
