Approximately 115 pieces in lot. Comprised of issues from European Colonial nations in Africa, Palestine, Iran and the vast majority being issues from British and Portuguese India. Included are beautifully toned high grade minors from the Belgian Congo (KM-2/4), lustrous and bright high grade 5 and 20 Centavos (KM-1 & KM-3) from Portuguese Guinea and a large amount of raw unsorted issues of Portuguese India. About one-third of the pieces are certified, mainly by NGC, a few having surface hairlines, environmental damage or other surface issues. Should be examined. Retail value of more than $1,500.
