30 mm. Vernon-51; Peterson-P38. Phoenix; Reverse: Two line inscription. White and green ribbon with hook and eye fastener. Issued for the actions of the Japanese 5th Division and the Navy and their actions in the rescue of foreign delegations. The ribbon is a bit dirty, but well preserved, as is the medal and its swivel mount.UNCIRCULATED.
