VENEZUELA. Order of the Bust of Bolivar, ND (Established 1854).
2 pieces in lot. Neck Badge and Breast Star set in Gathmann Hermanos plush case. The silver Breast Star is 75 X 84 mm with the Venezuelan Arms on the central oval medallion; Reverse: A single hinged tunic pin and an oval plaque with the name of the maker Gathmann Brothers. The 54 X 48 mm Neck Badge is gilt with bust of Bolicar facing right, his name and a simple wreath in a blue enamel ribbon around. A 30 X 500 mm neck ribbon accompanies the badge. Also included is a red, yellow and blue rosette, just 9 mm in diameter. The case, while very presentable, needs repair. The Star, Badge, ribbon and Rosette areEXTREMELY FINE.
