Forepart of lion left, head facing / Persian king or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, bow in case on back, standing right, fighting griffin standing left on hind legs; all within shallow incuse square. Mildenberg, Kleingeld 37; Göktürk 39; SNG Levante 215. Light porosity, a little die wear. VF. Rare.
