CONSTANTI-VS MAX AVG, rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II right, seen from front / GLORIA-CONS-TANTI AVG, Constantius II in military attire, standing facing, head left, transverse scepter in right hand, labarum in left inscribed VOT / XX; captive seated on ground to right, looking back, SIS in exergue. RIC VIII 5. Depeyrot 1/3. Biaggi 2186. Very rare. Solidly struck and expertly centered on lustrous flan. Well-deserving of the star designation for superior eye appeal.
