D N THEODOSI-VS P F AVG, helmeted, pearl-diademed, and cuirassed bust of Theodosius II facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / IMP XXXXII COS-XVII P P, Constantinopolis enthroned left, left foot on prow, globus cruciger in right hand, scepter in left, small and round shield on ground at right; star in left field, CONOB in exergue. RIC X 324. Light toning on a satiny flan.
