Republic gold Restrike "1000th Anniversary of Christianity in Bohemia" 5 Dukaten 1973 MS66 PCGS, cf. KM-XM9 (Restrike not listed). An intriguing restrike of this iconic Czech commemorative, originally issued to a mintage of only 787 pieces in 1929. Interestingly, though the Standard Catalog of World Coins Unusual volume listed 1973 restrikes for the 10th Anniversary of the Republic commemoratives, it does not for this series. Currently the only example certified at PCGS.
