Danish West Indies
Danish Colony. Christian VII 24 Skilling 1767-(a) AU53 NGC, Altona mint, KM10, Schou-5, Hede-7, Sieg-10. Incredibly scarce condition for this almost universally low-grade type, still features an ample silty luster over minimally handled surfaces. Though very few examples have been submitted for certification, the vast superiority of this specimen over the other two in NGC's census--both mere VF's--make clear its outlier survivorship.
