A scarce gold denomination, which proves particularly elusive and desirable in minimally circulated states of preservation. This offering certainly lives up to that standard, witnessing only trivial wear detectable, leaving the majority of struck details intact and only lightly rubbed at the higher points. A pleasing amber-gold tone graces the entirety of the surfaces, while just two fine, near-parallel scratches are noted in the obverse right field.
