Rarely found certified at the Mint State tier, with the present example boasting a bold strike that fully executes the intended design detail as well as eye-catching prooflike reflectivity in the fields. A touch of handling, most evident in the reverse centers, and a small flan crack that can be seen at 9 o'clock on the obverse edge, contribute to the grade.
