A rare design type which is the first we can recall handling. Shown here with a pleasing low serial number of 000294 and also with terrific quality that borders on an EF state. Original paper and vivid inks give nice detail to the circular vignette at center of a farmer sowing. Detailed back in red with "Divvesmit Latu," arched at the top. The SCWPM mentions that this issue was only issued briefly and the note is "Rare."Very Fine
