One of the finest we have seen for this scarce 1919 dated 20 Pesos and shown with mostly even wear and only a small spot stain at the left center to report. A purple stamp diagonally at back which reads "Republic of the Philippines, Municipality of Caoayan, Ilocos Sur," is noticed with a penned signature also found at the left reading vertically. A stamping we have not before seen.Very Fine
