QVÆ DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET, no stops in legend, square-topped and lightly garnished shield surmounted by plume, 9h, m.m. thistle (FRC VIII/XVI, lot 31; North 2121; Spink 2665), small striking cracks to periphery and a flan flaw behind King and on corresponding area of reverse, two small cuts to Irish shield, otherwise uniformly toned, fine / near very fine, very rare, in PCGS holder, graded XF45 (Cert. #35552467).
