(x) PCGS MS62 | William III (1694-1702), Crown, 1695 SEPTIMO, first laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, circular breast plate, rev. crowned shields cruciform, eight strings to early harp, lettered edge downwards and cinquefoil stops, 6h (Pywell-Phillips -; Bull 990; ESC 86; Spink 3470), soft cabinet tone overlying lustrous original surfaces, a common coin but seldom encountered so appealingly balanced, a handsome extremely fine and experiencing a renaissance in the present market place, in PCGS holder, graded MS62 (Cert. #83978107).
