(x) PCGS XF45 | Anne (1702-1714), Post-Union, Crown, 1708 E SEPTIMO, 'Z type 1', Small 08, Edinburgh, second draped bust left, rev. a local Edinburgh die, the 08 utilising Halfcrown puncheons, crowned shields cruciform, angles plain, eight strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 6h (Bull 1356; ESC 106; Spink 3600), minor adjustment to peripheries and French shield, otherwise toned, a most pleasing very fine, in PCGS holder, graded XF45 (Cert. #35556811).
