(x) NGC MS63 | George III, Bank of England, Dollar of 5-Shillings, 1804, by C.H. Küchler, Soho, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, leaf to centre of E, no stop after REX, rev. Britannia seated in shield, edge plain, 12h (Bull 195 [E/2]; Davis 14; L&S 74; ESC 164; Spink 3768), handsome light cabinet tone, plenty of traces of undertype extant including the 'impossible' 1810 overdate, much as struck, and rarely found so honestly fine, even for this commonly encountered series, in NGC holder, graded MS63 (Cert. #3639016-009).
