Also in this lot is a heavy steel coining die for an H. Alvin Sharpe medal for the 1969 Louisiana Numismatic Association convention featuring the old capitol building in Baton Rouge. A "D" engraved in the field to indicate the die was defaced to cancel it. Retail value more than $300. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.ALMOST UNCIRCULATED-UNCIRCULATED.
