(S/M#05-81). Printed by BWC. Shanghai. One of just three examples available to collectors in a PMG holder. Seen at left and right are facing dragons with the bank building at bottom center, while the reverse depicts dragons guarding the bank name. The front of the note is printed in Russian, and the reverse is in English. The "Shanghai" issuance stamp is still faintly visible on the back of the note in the bottom margin. Incredibly scarce, and the first time we have had the pleasure of offering this catalog number to our bidders. PMG comments "Rust." PMG Pop 1/2 Finer.
