An assortment of 155 private issue notes from Late Ching Empire to Republic China. Provinces include Fukien, Hunan, Hupeh, Honan, Hopei, Kiangsi, Shantung, Shansi, and Liaoning. Copper, Tiao, Chuan and Fen to Dollar denomination issued by private banks with part of them issued by local Chamber of Commerce and businesses such as Tea Shop, Grocery Store, Flower Store. A few of the notes are indicated as printed in offset printing (rubber plate printing) while most of them are printed in lithography (stone plate printing). Issues are found on some of the notes such as tears, splits, staining, spindle holes, pinholes, holes and toning. SOLD AS IS/ NO RETURNS.
