A diverse group of 150 pieces of Chinese private issue notes. Printed between late Ching to Republic Era for the circulation in the following regions: Fukien, Gansu, Hunan, Honan, Hupeh, Hopei, Kiangsi, Kiangsu, Kwangtung, Kweichow, Shantung and Shansi. Mostly issued by private banks with some of them issued by local businesses such as cocoon shop, incense shop, ironware shop, grocery store and mining company. Issues are found on some of the notes such as tears, splits, staining, spindle holes, pinholes, holes and toning. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
