A group of 76 pieces of Chinese private issue notes in lot. Printed between late Ching to Republic Era for the circulation in the following regions: Chekiang, Fukien, Heilungkiang, Hunan, Honan, Hupeh, Hopei, Kiangsi, Kiangsu, Kirin, Ningxia, Shantung, Shansi. Mostly issued by private banks with some of them issued by local businesses such as liquor shop, hat shop and silk shop. Denomination includes Cash, Cent, Chuan, Tiao, Fen and Dollar. Issues are found on some of the notes such as tears, splits, staining, spindle holes, pinholes, holes and toning. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
