L&M-216; K-71c; KM-Y-145a.1; WS-0795. Variety with pearl-scaled dragon. A well struck and nicely detailed example with some smoothing of the fields around the dragon. The surfaces have toned a medium gray, effectively blending in and subduing this old repair and giving the coin a quite presentable appearance. VERY SCARCE as a variety and widely sought by specialists in the series.
