L&M-222; K-74; KM-Y-145a.2; WS-0806. Variety with "old style" dragon and small Manchu script; tripled dragon side (DDO) die. The noted tooling takes the form of some scratches on the characters side. Nevertheless, a charming rendition from the final year of this dragon style, and one which features clear tripling on that side--most notably in the word "PROVINCE."
